This 7-day meal plan is designed to reduce inflammation, balance blood sugar, and nourish your body with healing foods. It’s filled with protein, healthy fats, fiber, and essential nutrients—without being complicated or time-consuming.


Day 1


Breakfast:

• 2 eggs + 1 Trader Joe’s hash brown patty (air fryer)

• 2 chicken sausage links

• ½ cup blueberries + ¼ avocado


Lunch:

• Deconstructed Burger Bowl

• 4 oz cooked ground beef (seasoned)

• 1 cup shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pickles, avocado

• Drizzle of olive oil & mustard

• Optional: gluten-free bun or lettuce wrap


Snack:

• Hummus + cucumber slices + gluten-free crackers


Dinner:

• Air Fryer Salmon & Roasted Veggies

• 4 oz salmon (air fryer with lemon & garlic)

• Roasted pre-cut zucchini, bell peppers, and onions

• Quinoa with feta & olive oil


Day 2


Breakfast:

• Greek yogurt with honey, chia seeds, and mixed berries

• Handful of almonds


Lunch:

• Rotisserie Chicken Mediterranean Wrap

• 4 oz shredded rotisserie chicken

• Gluten-free wrap (or whole wheat tortilla)

• Tzatziki, cucumbers, feta, lettuce


Snack:

• String cheese + apple slices


Dinner:

• Healthy Pasta Night

• Chickpea or lentil pasta

• 4 oz ground turkey in marinara sauce

• Side salad with balsamic dressing


Day 3


Breakfast:

• 2 scrambled eggs with spinach & feta

• Trader Joe’s hash brown (air fryer)

• ½ cup strawberries


Lunch:

• Pizza Roll Recipe


Snack:

• Guacamole + veggie chips


Dinner:

• Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Chicken & Potatoes

• 4 oz chicken thighs

• Pre-cut sweet potatoes & Brussels sprouts

• Roasted in oven with olive oil, lemon, and garlic


Day 4


Breakfast:

• Oatmeal with almond butter, flaxseeds, and banana


Lunch:

• Chicken & Rice Bowl

• 4 oz shredded rotisserie chicken

• Brown rice + steamed broccoli

• Tahini dressing


Snack:

• Cottage cheese with cinnamon + honey


Dinner:

• Takeout Night! (Healthy Mediterranean, sushi, or Chipotle)


Day 5


Breakfast:

• 2 eggs with chicken sausage

• Avocado toast (gluten-free option: use GF bread)

• ½ cup blueberries


Lunch:

• Mediterranean Tuna Salad

• Tuna, chickpeas, cucumbers, red onion, olive oil, lemon juice

• Served on greens or gluten-free crackers


Snack:

• Dark chocolate + almonds


Dinner:

• Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan

• 4 oz chicken breast, air fried with almond flour & parmesan

• Marinara & mozzarella

• Side of zucchini noodles or gluten-free pasta


Day 6


Breakfast:

• Protein smoothie (almond milk, banana, protein powder, flaxseeds, spinach)


Lunch:

• Deconstructed Gyro Bowl

• 4 oz ground lamb or beef

• Cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta, tzatziki

• Served over rice or lettuce


Snack:

• Nut butter with apple slices


Dinner:

• Shrimp Stir-Fry

• Shrimp sautéed with pre-cut bell peppers & broccoli

• Served over jasmine rice


Day 7


Breakfast:

• Greek yogurt with granola & berries

• Handful of walnuts


Lunch:

• Egg Salad Wrap (gluten-free wrap or lettuce wrap)

• Hard-boiled eggs, avocado, Greek yogurt, mustard

• Side of cucumber sticks


Snack:

• Hummus + gluten-free crackers


Dinner:

• Air Fryer Turkey Meatballs & Roasted Veggies

• Turkey meatballs with marinara

• Roasted carrots & asparagus
