Summer Watermelon Protein Slushie




It's hot and humid here, and watermelons are in full season here at the local farm. So what better way to get your protein than in a cool, hydrating watermelon slushie? Serve it up and enjoy!


Summer Watermelon Protein Slushie

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of seedless watermelon, cubed

  • 1 packet of Lemonade

  • 4 Tablespoons of Vital Protein

  • 1 cup of ice

  • Optional: a few mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Watermelon: Place the watermelon cubes in a blender.

  2. Add Crystal Light and Vital Protein: Pour the Crystal Light packet and protein into the blender.

  3. Blend: Add the ice and blend until smooth and slushy.

  4. Serve: Pour the slushie into glasses, garnish with mint leaves if desired, and enjoy immediately!

It's a quick, easy, and delicious way to stay cool and hydrated!
