For some reason, I have really been craving soup recently. It was barely fall before I was already making and ordering soup, before the temperatures even began to drop.
As I have had healed, soups have been a big part of my diet. I’m able to load them up with healing foods and get nutrients in me quickly and detox.
This is my favorite soup right now. Not only does it taste good, but is able to support the immune system and detox pathogens and toxins.

Healing Detox Soup Recipe:
8 oz of organic chicken broth
1/4 cup of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon of Coconut Secret Aminos Garlic Sauce
8-10 cloves of garlic
3 organic, free range chicken breasts
3 chopped carrots
3 chopped celery stalks
1 cup of chopped purple potatoes
1 bunch of chopped cilantro
1 bunch of chopped parsley
1 tsp of Himalayan Salt
Add all the ingredients, after being rinsed, into a crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.
This soup may provide anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, anti-microbial, anti-viral benefits and could pull out heavy metals for a full detox. I can neither confirm nor deny the healing benefits of this soup!
