This morning, during my sacred time of prayer and meditation, I received a powerful download from God that I feel compelled to share with you, my beautiful Hope Dealer Girlies. It was one of those moments where the message was so clear, so divine, that I knew it was meant not just for me, but for all of us who are on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
The message was simple yet profound: We are vessels of abundance, but to fully receive the blessings that are meant for us, we must expand our frequency and create space within ourselves. We often ask for more—more love, more wealth, more health—but how often do we consider our capacity to hold these blessings?
God showed me that just as a vessel can only hold so much before it overflows, our hearts, minds, and bodies can only contain what we are energetically prepared to receive. To attract and maintain the abundance we seek, we must expand our energy, make room for our desires, and be willing to hold the space necessary for them to manifest fully.
The Power of Holding Space
Holding space is about more than just being open to receive; it's about actively creating an environment within yourself where abundance can thrive. Imagine a garden. If you plant too many seeds in a small patch of soil, the plants won't have the room they need to grow strong and healthy. But if you expand that garden, give each plant the space to stretch its roots, they will flourish. The same is true for the seeds of abundance we plant in our lives.
By expanding our frequency, we allow those seeds—whether they are dreams, goals, or desires—to grow into their fullest potential. We create room for miracles to unfold, for opportunities to appear, and for the blessings that are ours to fully manifest.
A Guided Visualization for Expanding Your Frequency
As part of this divine download, I was guided to create a special visualization that I want to share with you today. This visualization is designed to help you expand your frequency and create the necessary space within your body to hold the abundance you seek.
During this practice, you will visualize a warm, radiant light at your heart center that grows and expands throughout your entire being. This light represents your capacity for abundance, and as it expands, so does your ability to receive. You will also connect with your deepest desires, inviting them into this newly created space, and feel them integrate into your energy field, ready to manifest.
This visualization is a powerful tool that you can return to anytime you feel the need to reconnect with your inner abundance. It’s a reminder that you are not only worthy of receiving but that you have the divine ability to hold and nurture the life you desire.
Why This Matters
In our fast-paced, often chaotic lives, it’s easy to lose sight of our capacity to receive. We get caught up in the doing, the striving, the pushing forward, and forget that sometimes, the most powerful action we can take is to simply make room. Room for God to work, room for our dreams to grow, and room for the abundance that is already on its way to us.
By expanding your frequency, you’re saying to the universe, "I am ready. I have prepared myself to hold and nurture the blessings I seek." And in doing so, you align yourself with the flow of abundance that is always available to you.
