High Protein Nut Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 block silken tofu

  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

  • 1 serving collagen powder

  • 1 tablespoon Supergut fiber

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)


Instructions:

  1. Add the silken tofu and almond milk to a blender.

  2. Add the collagen powder and Supergut fiber.

  3. Toss in the banana and mixed berries.

  4. Add the almond butter and vanilla extract.

  5. If desired, add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.

  6. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  7. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie and blend again until smooth.

  8. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
