
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other dairy-free milk)
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh fruits, nuts, or granola for toppings
Instructions:
In a bowl or mason jar, mix the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and the mixture has thickened to a pudding-like consistency.
Before serving, give it a good stir and add your favorite toppings like fresh fruits, nuts, or granola.
