Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other dairy-free milk)

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Fresh fruits, nuts, or granola for toppings

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl or mason jar, mix the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until well combined.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and the mixture has thickened to a pudding-like consistency.

  3. Before serving, give it a good stir and add your favorite toppings like fresh fruits, nuts, or granola.
