Blondie Vegan Brownies

Healthy brownies for all of my fellow sweet eaters!

These brownies are ummmm the BEST and super healthy! I created them to be completely raw, vegan/plant based, anti-inflammatory and alkaline. All the electric foods here to help you reduce mucus (mucus causes disease), reduce inflammation and fuel your body with the BEST foods!


Ingredients:


2 cups of walnuts

1 cup of organic unsweetened shredded coconut


Go ahead chop these in the food processor for about 10 seconds.


7 organic pitted dates

4 organic dried figs

Juice of 1 lime (I got to use my handy citrus press from Pampered Chef for this recipe!)

1-2 tablespoons of agave if you like it a little sweeter


Add these ingredients to the food processor with your walnuts and coconut and let the processor run for about 10-15 seconds.


Spoon into a glass baking dish and press down.


Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.


Cut into squares and enjoy!


*Optional roll into balls and eat as energy bites!
