Alkaline electric foods. You might be wondering what this is. I spent a recent weekend going down the rabbit hole and was awakened to information that resonated with me and helped me understand why I was experiecncing inflammation while eating a version of low carb paleo. Now, like always, everyone has a different blueprint, and certain foods work for certain people. It's always important to eat the foods that your body desires.
When you establish alignment with your subconscious and create a space of healing, you can go deep within and find the answers to what you need.
This way of life is beneficial for my body, but it may or may not be what you need.
Anyway, alkaline electric foods comes from Dr. Sebi, and is the idea that eating foods that have not been cross bred into hybrid breeds or genetically modified are the only true living foods. These foods are energy and so according to him, they are electric. He states that hybrid and GMO foods are not living nor life giving, so there is a good chance you will become nutrient deprived, and have mucus throughout the body, which would be diagnosed as a disease, depending on where it is.
Anyway, I don't have any data to support his claims. However, I feel so much more alert, focused and am less inflamed, so whatever the reason, eating these foods are giving me life.
This Alkaline Electric Salad is an example of what I might eat on any given day.
Ingredients:
Handful of organic kale and arugula (washed, rinsed and chopped)
organic chopped dates
organic sesame seeds
organic Olive Oil
sea salt
Juice of 1 organic lime
Mix all together in a glass mixing bowl and cover and refrigerate.

Next, I had some leftover cooked wild rice and chickpeas so I tossed those in to the mix, and then I added a peeled and chopped avocado.
I mixed it all together and literally ate it right out the bowl, standing up.
It was that good yall!!!!
If you try it, let me know what you think!
